Required Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as Mass Media Specialist
Skills Required: Mastery (regarding Policies, Algorithm etc.) in at least one Social Media Platforms (SMPs) and proficiency in at least 2 language (out of Hindi, English, Bengali, Telugu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada), Creativity, Graphic design, Video editing & production, attention to detail, and project management skill.
CTC Range: 2 to 70 LPA*; depending upon the performance in the first two month of joining

We are looking for a Mass Media Specialist with branding mindset.

6.Key Responsibilities:
Capture Powerful Testimonials: Develop interview guides and conduct audio/video interviews to extract impactfull client stories. Craft compelling narratives from these testimonials for various media.
Drive Organic Growth: Manage social media, Create, curate and manage engaging content (images, video, written) across platforms, and leverage client stories to build brand presence.
Maintain Brand Reputation: Proactively monitor online mentions and address concerns, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
Relevant content creation and localization in the native language.
7.Day-to-day responsibilities
A. In probation period:
Primarily design, develop and execute campaigns for helping HRE fulfill hiring candidates for the profile of Business Development Executive.
Keep an eye on the online indicators and provide feedback to HRE to help them improve their performance through your synchronized activities.
Making and executing digital/Social media awareness campaigns. Relevant content creation and localization in the native language.
Taking prior approvals from the co-founder.
B. After probation period:
Spreading words to find an Enrollment Associate in every district of india. For various educational institutions.
Conducting research & analysis to speedup for selection and award of Enrollment Associateship.
Spreading words via frugal & viral campaigns to entice them to join us as Eco-Doot/Franchisee (Eco-Ambassador).
8.Qualifications:
Bachelor of Journalism and Mass Communication/ Media Management/ Advertising and Brand Management/ Sales Promotion and Sales Management/ Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising/ MBA in Sales and Marketing/ Diploma in Public Relations and Advertising/ Diploma in Advertising and Marketing Communication/ Diploma in Advertising (Public Relations and Business Studies).
Minimum 1 years of experience in social media marketing or a relevant field.
Proven track record of growing and engaging social media audiences.
Excellent interviewing skills with the ability to put interviewees at ease and elicit compelling stories.
Experience with Graphic design, video production filming and editing.
Creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.
9.Pay Scale:
CTC Range : 2 to 70 lac, depending upon the performance in the probation period of first two months of joining. There is no upper limit* for a really performing person.
The following is a filter meant to keep away "short sighted people"; who don't have confidence in their capabilities to show us their performance.
In probation period of two months: package of Rs. 25 000/month.
Stipend for the probation period: 16,667 per month (of 26 working days). + Work expenses like mobile & data + laptop EMI/depreciation/ advt = 8,333 per month (of 26 working days).
Your target in the two-month probation period is to collaborate with HREs, design and execute campaigns to successfully onboard 10 qualified marketing MBA/BBA/ PGDM professionals.
Exceeding your target of on-boarding 10 qualified marketing MBA/BBA/PGDM fresher (but who start performing professionally) during this period will result in an additional* Rs. 100000 (One Lac) added to your base (2LPA) CTC; per 5 (additional) successfully on-boarded candidates.
"16,667 stipend/ month” is just for the first month. If you performed so well in the probation period, like 10+5*n number of BDE started working "within your probation period" thanks to you; you will get 2+n LPA/12 as the second month's payout. Now it's up to you, by what you want to replace the “n”* .
This window of opportunity (of 60 days) allows you to secure your highest CTC, which would be nearly impossible to achieve elsewhere, even over a decade.
10.Key required skills:
Practical knowledge about frugal marketing.
Practical experience of using free publicity resources.
Practical experience of creating & executing viral marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of most of the resources of free publicity and ability to use them effectively.
Practical experience of the time frame required for getting results of a campaign conceived?
11.Other Essential Requirements:
Creativity, innovation & Jugadupan.
Own Android Smartphone & PC/Laptop.
Mandatory hunger, stupidity and aspirations for leadership initiative.
Ability to extract 0.1% (zero point one percent) of numbers verbally (without calculator).
Knowledge of most of the resources of free publicity and ability to use them effectively.
